We can provide up to $50,000 for brand new companies. There are times we can underwrite more than this with financials & a complete business plan.

Most all equipment is acceptable and we can extend the term out to 60 months.

Flexi-Finance

Flexi-Finance – Special payment plans that allow you to defer your initial payments.

We have a variety of special deferred payment programs & low security deposit to begin a lease with little money down. These do require exception credit but are valuable.

  • $20 deposit to start your lease
  • 6 x $99 Program - With this program, you pay 2 Security deposits totaling $198.00. Your first six payments are $99.00 followed by 30, 42, or 54 payments.
  • 7 x $100 Program – With this program you pay a $100.00 Security Deposit and have your first six payments at $100.00. The remaining 30, 42, or 54 payments
  • 10% Security Deposit – For those companies requesting a tax lease with a prepaid Purchase Option Plan with lower payments, Brickhouse can arrange a 10% Security Deposit Buyout Program. With this program, you pay a 10% Security Deposit with the lease documents and complete the term of the lease as normal. Provided you have no outstanding charges at the end of your lease term, the original security deposit may serve as the buyout of the lease.
  • 60 Day Deferred – We offer a 60 Day Deferral Program in which the you pay a 1 payment Security Deposit (that is applied to your lease) with the documentation and then you are not invoiced until 60 days after funding.
  • 90 Day Deferred - The 90 Day Deferral Plan is extremely helpful for those companies acquiring equipment that does not generate income during the first 90 days. With this program, Brickhouse has minimal contact payments of $50.00 for each of the first 3 months followed by the normal term.
  • Annual Rates - For those companies that prefer annual, semi-annual or quarterly payments, Brickhouse can fit those needs. 1 payment is required upfront to start these leases (applied to your lease).

All of these plans are designed to allow our account managers to apply a number of programs to fit a companies situation, structure or business model effectively.

A TRAC lease is designed for large vehicles and trailers.
This lease contains a Terminal Rental Adjustment Clause (TRAC) that guarantees your business a certain residual price for the vehicle when the lease ends. This is the most common type of lease for business owners who want the option of buying the vehicle for a pre-determined price at the end of the lease.

Benefits:

  • No down payment required
  • Lessor gets tax benefits of ownership and passes these benefits to you in the form of lower monthly payments and tax write offs.
  • Cash availability can be matched with special structures such as deferred payments.

  • Equipment must be income producing or office equipment and be directly related to the operation of the business
  • Application only to $75K (Standard credit criteria above 50K).

  • Unlimited funding for existing practices (with financials).

Medical Program – Brickhouse offers a start-up medical program to all doctors and dentists.

Medical Doctors with 0 to 3 years in business can get up to $150K. 3 years or more years in business can get up to $350K.

Dentists with 0 to 5 years $150K. 5 years or more in business can get up to $350K.

Some of the requirements of the Medical Program:

  • Verifiable licensed in good standing with no disciplinary actions
  • Personal guarantee required
  • Field of specialization indicated on credit application
  • Equipment must be income producing medical or office equipment
  • Unlimited funding for existing practices (with financials)

Commercial Transactions – For larger acquisitions we offer commercial financing programs.

In order to meet our customers' expectations and to ensure the success of this product, we made a strategic decision to have a separate division handle all commercial transactions.

By establishing a separate division we are able to develop a knowledgeable, dedicated staff to work commercial transactions without distracting from our core business. We see this as a natural vertical extension of our core application only product.

Your account manager has direct contact and involvement with this division and will relay all information in a timely manner.
